From The Great Lakes Solo Series:
OK - I know the temperatures are in the teens and perhaps even lower where you live - the wind chill is AWFUL - but the good news is that the daylight hours are starting to increase and before you know it, we'll be sweatin' on some hot parking lot in the middle of July!
I'm attaching a flyer that I would like to have you pass along to the members of your region. I know that some of you are still in "official" positions with your region - others are not but I would still ask that you make sure it gets to the proper people. If possible, put it on your region website or into your local newsletter. It is in color so it may not print black and white quite as well but the information is still good.
We are going to have a Solo Spring Training on Saturday, March 20th in Indianapolis. This will be a great opportunity for friends to get together and swap stories about solo - what they did on their car over the winter - events they plan to run - and possibly make some new friends! There are a variety of seminars that will be offered and for most of the folks in GLDiv, they can come in on Saturday morning and we'll be finished by 4:30 so they can get home that same evening. My phone number and e-mail address are included so folks can contact me if they need additional information about the spring training or help with hotel/motel information.
Thanks for your help in getting the word out to all of the autocrossers in GLDiv! Let's make 2010 be a GREAT year in the GREATEST division in the country!

November Membership Meeting Cancelled
The November membership meeting is cancelled due conflict with a UK home game.
We will hold elections at the December holiday membership meeting on the 17th at Sawyer's Downtown. 7pm.

Hey Everyone,
Please join us at the October Membership Meeting. We'll be taking additional nominations from the floor for board and officer positions.
